TO SEND YOUR WATCH IN FOR REPAIR:
To submit your watch for repair for any brand please send it into us using USPS, FedEx, or UPS and include a note explaining the issue and all of your contact information including mailing address, phone number and email address. We strongly advise you use a service that provides a tracking number and insurance for your timepiece. Upon receipt we will evaluate and estimate your watch within 5 business days of receipt. Please be sure you package your watch securely.
If your watch is within the warranty period please refer to the instruction manual, or warranty information provided with your watch for any special instructions or advance payment requirements.
